Purchases made through third-party marketplaces (such as the Microsoft Flight Simulator Marketplace, Orbx, or SimMarket) are subject to the terms and refund policies of those respective stores.
  • Purchase Confirmation: Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with download instructions and your unique license keys.
  • License for Use: You are granted a non-transferable, single-user license to use the software on a single device for personal, non-commercial flight simulation use.

  • Technical Issue Reporting: You must report any technical issues within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Resolution Attempt: Before a refund is issued, you must provide detailed system information about the issue and allow our support team to attempt to resolve it. Most technical issues can be resolved with our assistance. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
